We will coordinate all services with your funeral or memorial director, or you ahead of time, so there is nothing for you to worry about on the day of the service. We will have our dove release equipment set up prior to your arrival at the cemetery. We have years of experience working with funeral directors and cemetery staff, so we understand the flow of the services and what is expected of us to ensure that your service is flawless.
The "Trinity" is the most popular white dove release ceremony at a funeral. We provide a single white "spirit" dove in a small white basket. After we recite a short customized reading explaining the symbolism of the doves, family members may release the single dove from the basket. Then three white doves will be released symbolizing the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Trinity doves will join with the spirit dove, seeming to gather it in love and guidance, and show the"spirit dove" the way home.
The "Rapture" white dove release is the same as the "Trinity" described above and includes a flock of white doves to follow the Spirit Dove and Trinity joining together. The Rapture is generally included with any Trinity release at no additional charge, weather permitting.
A "Flock of Angels" white dove release ceremony may be more appropriate than the Trinity, generally in tragic situations such as the loss of a child or young person. A single white dove is released in a tribute to the spirit of the loved one who has passed away. The single dove is followed by the releasing of up to 24 white doves. This creates the "Flock of Angels" to escort the spirit dove into the heavens.
